Over 2 or 3 weeks we develop a set of drawings and documents in preparation for our planning application or certificate of lawful development (permitted development). This includes the proposed plan and proposed elevations for your approval, along with 7 or 8 other drawings and documents.

Appoint the structural engineer and building regulations private inspector

b. Buid
Prepare information pertinent to the build. For example if you have a preferred floor, window, paint, tile, kitchen, bathroom suppliers. Consolidate the information for the builder to better understand the work in detail.
Formally appoint the contractor, after detailed quotation.
The Building Regulations Inspector appointed. He will issue a certificate of commencement to the local council when you're ready to start work
